Penthouse Suites are located 150 meters from the Lion Bridge and offer stylish air-conditioned suites with free wireless internet.

Each suite offers a unique interior. The equipment includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a seating area with sofa and special LED lighting. The bathroom has a shower. Some suites have whirlpool tub, arched windows and 270° and access to a private roof. All the suites are overlooking the mountains and the city.

The complex has a mini market. The nearest shops, restaurants and cafes are 100 meters away. The city center is at 10 minutes by car. The mountain is 15 km away.

Renaissance Suite (2 regular + 1 extra bed) is luxuriously designed and furnished with classic bent (270 °) panoramic windows and a balcony with mountain view.

Penthouse Suite (3 regular + 1 extra bed) - very modern suite located on the top floor with stunning views of the mountains and the city, allowing you to watch from the bed or the Jacuzzi the sunrise or the sunset.

Studio Little Venice (2 regular beds) - small and cozy suite suitable for couples. It offers spectacular city views and a small kitchenette.

For changes and cancellations of reservations in Low season up to 2 days before the date of accommodation no penalty fee is due, Middle season - 7 days and High season -10 days prior arrival.

In case of a late cancellation (at the day of accommodation) or no show of the client a penalty fee amounting to the first 2 nights of the reservation is due.
