- The apartment we received was very nice, you could see that the furniture was new and in good condition, it was clean and it had everything you might need ( maybe a TV in the bedroom - besides the one in the living room - it will be a good ideea... ). - The food was good and enough for everyone ( not very divers, though ) - The hotel employeers were friendly and willing to help you in case of need.

For changes and cancellations of reservations up to 7 (seven) days prior to the date of arrival no penalty fee is due.

In case of cancellation from 7 to 3 days prior arrival - 30% penalty of the ammount
In case of cancellation from 3 to 1 days prior arrival - 70% penalty of the ammount
In case of a late cancellation (on the day of accommodation) or no show of the client 100% of the ammount of the reservation is due.
