Apartments

Deluxe Apartments
- Living room, modern furnished kitchen, two bedrooms, balcony, air conditioning, LCD TV, minibar, telephone, hair dryer, two bathrooms, private security system.
Villas
I-st floor - living room with fireplace (in two villas), extra sofa for two children or one adult.
II-nd floor - bedroom, bathroom, TV, minibar, telephone, hairdryer, air conditioning.
Balcony with panoramic view.
Payment per reservations as follows:
Advance payment of 50% of the total value of the services – up to 3 days after confirmation;
Final payment of the balance due - no later than 3 days prior arrival.
Reservations changes and cancellations:
Without penalty up to 3 / three / days prior arrival.
In case of no-show, there is a penalty due of the amount for the first night.
