По повод нашата почивка в хотел Емберли (26,08 - 30,08,2014) искам да споделя, че наистина съм приятно изненадан от условията, обслужването,отношението на персонала към клиентите и всичко останало което, съпътства една приятна почивка. Това което видях и изпитах през тази една седмица, ме накара отново да повярвам, че в нашата страна нещата по отношение на услугите в този бранш не само не са занемерени,( както всичко останало), а и намирам, че са се придвижили доста напред. Това го казвам като човек, който живее в чужбина и има база за сравнение въз основа на която може да направи добра преценка. Разбира се има и още какво да се желае и се надявам , че за напред нещата ще вървят към още по-добро. Ще дам само един пример: Изненада ме факта, че между всиките тези красиви хотелчета инфраструктурата е на ужасно ниво да не кажа, че направо липсва такава. Недопустимо е прибирайки се от плажа да стъпваш в кал до глезените или пък когато излезеш вечер на разходка съпругата ти, (извинете ме за изразът) да се чекне с 12 сантиметровите си токчета по улици и алеи насипани с чъкъл. Това разбира не късае собствениците на хотелите които е време да разберът, че не разединението и съревнуванието помежду им, а напротив обединението им може да доведе нещата до това което всички ние (техните клиенти ) желаем от години. Спирам до тук и Ви изпращам няколко снимки от престоят ни в Емберли , и очаквам обещаното намаление при следващата ни почивка.

Emberli is a gated complex comprising of 116 studios, one and two bedroom apartments and a complete range of integrated facilities

Studio apartments consist of one room with double bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower, hair dryer, terrace.
One-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom, living-room with folding sofa, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, hair dryer, terrace.
Two-bedroom apartments consist of 2 bedrooms,  living-room with folding sofa, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and hair dryer, terrace.

For changes and cancellations of reservations in Low season up to 2 days before the date of accommodation no penalty fee is due, Middle season - 7 days and High season -10 days prior arrival.
