No penalty fee is due for changes and cancellations of reservations up to 1 day before arrival in Promo season, 3 days in Low season and 5 days in Middle season.
In case of a late cancellation, a penalty fee equal to the first night of the reservation is due. No shows are charged a 2-nights penalty.
