No penalty fee is due for changes and cancellations of reservations up to 5 (five) days before arrival in Low season and 7 (seven) days before arrival in Middle seasons.
In case of a late cancellation, a penalty fee equal to the amount of the first night of the reservation is due. No shows are charged a 2-nights penalty.
